Be a technical expert in IBM Maximo EAM technology and have advanced knowledge of Python, JAVA and SQL. For any enhancement requests assess if existing Maximo OOB functionalities meet the desired requirement before recommending for customization. Assess any customization needs, design as per underlying Maximo architecture, review with client IT team for required approval before implementation. Create integration points for new business solutions with legacy systems. Use workflow design and management to manage business processes. Develop and document detailed technical designs to meet business requirements. Conduct system and integration testing as needed. Identify areas of customization and optimization and provide solutions. Communicate with clients, vendors, project management, and the technical team.
